Level ! is a 10-kilometer long hallway resembling a modern hospital.

Level ! has white walls, floors and ceilings, but the whole level is covered in a dim, red lightning which is emitted by exit signs hanging from the ceiling, spread troughout the level. 

When one enters this level, they will inmediatly be chased by a horde of entities that will appear behind one. one will have to run all the way from start to exit, while avoiding various obstacles such as chairs, hospital beds and sometimes even Clumps blocking the way. there are doors on each side but they are locked.  sometimes, entities can also break out  of the locked  doors and surrounding  one in a  inevitable and horrible death.

however, if not, youll stilll get tired of running, but every 4.5 kilometers there is a vending machine with almond water and energy bars, which you can use to sustain your cardio.  however you must be fast if you dont want the horde of entities behind you reach you. once you reach the end of the hallway, you will find a fire exit door. this is the exit. however, you must be fast opening the door and running through, because if not the horde of entities will reach you.

Entrances

Entering doors with a red exit sign  will lead here. No-clipping under a table with a exclamation mark painted on it will also lead here. You can also accidentally No-clip into here, the chances are 20.5%.

Exits

Run non-stop from the beginning to the end of the hallway, you will find a fire exit door. open it and run through as fast as you can. Escaping level ! will lead to the level you were in before entering in here.

No-clipping in any door will lead to Level !-! or Level You Cheated. if you manage to fall asleep in a hospital bed without the entities taking advantage, you will wake up in a random level.
