Level 9 is a infinite and dark maze of suburbs in where its always midnight. Level 9 is the first level beyond The Main Nine.

Smilers, Clumps, Skin-stealers, Hounds and Dullers, and even some exclusive entities like

The Neighborhood Watch (a Giant Walking Eyeball patrolling the town in search for prey)

Backrooms Explorers Base Singularity is set up within the level.

Entrances

Due to the environmental and entity danger on Level 8, youll eventually get tired causing you to trip and No-clip into Level 9.

Exits

Follow the arrows painted in black on the houses of Level 9 and youll get sent to Level 11.

Traversing areas with tall grass far from the town into the countryside will lead one to Level 10.
