Level 5 is a hotel complex, which seems to be built around the 1930s or so.  Level 5 has 3 zones:

Zone 1: Lobby

Zone 1 is the lobby of the hotel, which is also the entrance zone to Level 5. one can return to Level 4 by simply opening

and entering the doors at the entrance and going down the stairs behind the entrance doors.

Alternatively, one can leave Zone 1 by taking the stairs or using the elevator. Zone 1 is the first floor of Level 5.

Zone 2: Hotelrooms

Zone 2 looks like the halls and rooms of the hotel, which begin from Floor 2. the doors have a number written on it and each door leads to its respective room. one can leave the HotelRooms by going down the stairs or taking the elevator back to The Lobby, but you can also find a special door with a staircase behind it which will lead to The Boiler Rooms.

Zone 3: Boiler Rooms

Boiler Rooms look like a Maze of 1930s boiler rooms. the boilers can be normal Boilers or boilers with levers, buttons and even valves! but these are rare to find

The Boiler Rooms are a exit to Level 5. as shown in the picture above, if one traverses The Boiler Rooms, one will come acroos a rusty door which will lead to Level 6.

The Boiler Rooms are accessed by going down The Staircase behind a special door  within the Hotelrooms which will lead to The Boiler Rooms instead 

of their respective room unlike the rest of the doors in the Hotelrooms.

Colonies and outposts

Backrooms explorers foundation has setup base within the Hotelrooms. no other bases, colonies and outposts exist or are known within the level.
